Ingredients:   400g bio tofu

                      100g mozzarella

                      2 cups  couscous

                      250g tuna in own juice

                      1/2 tsp. sea salt

Couscous seasoning: 1/2 tsp. ground paprika

                                 1/4 tsp. corridor

                                 1/4 tsp. garlic

                                 A pinch of turmeric

                                 a pinch of ground black pepper

                                 a pinch of cinnamon

                                 a pinch of thyme

 

Tofu with baked cheese along with perfectly flavored couscous and tuna. Perfect lunch or dinner with a high content of proteins, vitamins and minerals.

Steps:

Put 4 cups of water in couscous, season it, salt it and cook it until it will be smooth.

Tofu is cut into smaller pieces and fried on a dry, hot pan to gold. To the end of the tofu, sprinkle with grated cheese and let it melt on a light flame.

Finally, we mix the cooked couscous with raw tofu and tuna, we can add salad and serve.
