Ingredients:

 

  • 800g chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 1 TSP of olive oil

  • 400 g broccoli
  • 250 ml of water
  • 100g blue cheese
  • milk (as needed)
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Approach:

 

  1. In a pot, fry the finely chopped onion.
  2. Add the chopped chicken breast into small pieces and stir until the meat turns pale.
  3. Season the meat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. Stir it occasionally and add water if necessary. Finally, add salt to taste.
  5. In a second pot, pour the chopped and washed broccoli into small pieces, 250ml of hot water and simmer for about 10 minutes - until soft.
  6. Then mix the broccoli with the water left in the pot.
  7. Mix blue cheese, crushed garlic cloves and salt into the puree. If necessary, add a little milk.
  8. When the meat is ready, mix it with broccoli sauce.
  9. Food can be served with rice, wheat, pasta or quinoa.
