Eat, train and sleep
As we all know, food is very important during your training so let’s take a closer look.
Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner we know this but did you know that first meal of your day should be within 30 minutes after you wake up? Then 2-3 hrs for before snack and it goes like this until dinner time.
Try to count your calories in every meal so you will reach your calorie’s goal either to gain muscles or lose weight. You should have 3 meals before you do your training (1,5-5 hrs before training) to have enough energy and 3 meals after your workout to have enough energy for regeneration, that includes at least 7-8 hrs of sleep every day.
Stress is a major killer of your work out. Try to avoid stress and you will have better results in a shorter time. Stress causes your metabolism to slow down and start negative processes in your body that affect weight gain or loss. Besides, managing your stress level will make you feel better and happier in every left aspect.
