Coconut Flour Tortillas Filled with Chicken Meat, Spinach, Cottage Cheese and Tomatoes

These gluten free coconut flour tortillas filled with chicken, spinach, cottage cheese and tomatoes are a great addition to any fit diet.
Ingredients:
- 400g chicken breast
- 1 onion
- 1TBSP coconut oil
- 1TBSP soy sauce
- 1TSP garlic seasoning
- 1/2TSP sea salt
- ginger spice
- a pinch of ground black pepper
- pinch of turmeric
The side:
- 150g cottage cheese
- 4 handful of spinach
- 4 tomatoes
Tortillas:
- 1/2 cup of coconut flour
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup of water
- 1/2TSP sea salt
- dried basil
Steps:
- Fry the chopped onion on a spoon of coconut oil.
- Add the chopped chicken breast cut to the noodles, stir a few times and add some water.
- Cover the meat and mix it occasionally.
- After 15 minutes, season the meat, season with salt and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- If necessary, we'll give it a little more water.
- Mix the coconut flour with salt, dried basil, eggs and water in the bowl.
- We get a denser dough, which is left to stand for 5 minutes for the flour to soak up all the liquids.
- We put the dough on an oil-coated tortilla pan.
- Roast each tortilla on both sides for 1-2 minutes on a low flame.
- Serve tortillas with cooked meat, cottage cheese, spinach and tomatoes.
