• 2 kg of potatoes
  • 300 g of prosciutto

On dressing:

  • 300g white yogurt (at least 3% fat)
  • 200ml milk
  • 250g of grated cheese
  • 3 pressed cloves of garlic
  • basil / parsley
  • 1/2TSP salt
  • 1/2TSP ground black pepper


  1. Clean, wash and cut the potatoes as thin as possible.
  2. We mix all the ingredients into the dressing together in the bowl.
  3. Lay potato and sliced prosciutto into a baking dish, pouring a little dressing on each potato layer.
  4. Cover the French potatoes with aluminum foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours at 356°F/180°C until the potatoes are soft.
  5. Finally, the bowl can be uncovered and the top of the potato be baked until it's gold.
