Tofu with baked cheese along with perfectly flavored couscous and tuna. Perfect lunch or dinner with a high content of proteins, vitamins and minerals.


  •  400g bio tofu
  •  100g mozzarella
  •  2 cups  couscous
  •  250g tuna in own juice
  •  1/2 tsp. sea salt


Couscous seasoning:

  • 1/2 tsp. ground paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. corridor
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic
  • A pinch of turmeric
  • a pinch of ground black pepper
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • a pinch of thyme




  1. Put 4 cups of water in couscous, season it, salt it and cook it until it will be smooth.
  2. Tofu is cut into smaller pieces and fried on a dry, hot pan to gold. To the end of the tofu, sprinkle with grated cheese and let it melt on a light flame.
  3. Finally, we mix the cooked couscous with raw tofu and tuna, we can add salad and serve.
